The Final Touch....

I made a matching name tag for my little suitcase. I used the same papers that I used on the case......
This vintage tag was on the case when I bought it......

This is the back of the tag......

I tied it on with some cute ribbon......

By the way, the inside is red and is in perfect condition, so it coordinates with the outside. I love my new travel case. It's the perfect size for my cosmetics, camera, sandals, medicine, and such. If I go on a plane, it won't be checked as baggage, it'll come on the plane with me.....I couldn't risk losing it. And when we're on a driving trip, no problem. I can't wait to use it!
'Til next time, Love ya, Jean

Hello Jean~I didn't want to miss the opportunity to come by and wish you a Happy Valentines Day.
Sometimes our lives can become very busy making it difficult to return visits. I appreciate you taking the time to not only visit but, especially for leaving me with your sweet comments.
It truly inspires my creative process. It's always a joy to share with you just as you do with me. I think your charming suitcase would make a nice place to store supplies for crafting.
I hope you can stop by for some V-Day fun. I've posted a tutorial on Conversation Heart Petit fours.

Sweet Valentine Wishes,
Sara

when I think back on my childhood, there's my mother in the background, crocheting, sewing, baking, i owe my domestic bliss to her! she passed on her goodness - and as she always likes to say, "I've taken it all in with arms wide open, and given it wings!"

thanks for your beautiful comment....
