Doggy Cookies................

I made some cookies for my little Dusty for Christmas.....
He likes them a lot.....
I'm giving you the recipe, if you want to make them for your little sweetheart.....
These are all chemical free.....
Peanut Butter Dog Biscuits
2 cups whole wheat flour
1 cup rolled oats
1/3 cup creamy peanut butter (preferably all natural)
1 1/4 cups water
1 egg (for egg wash)
*can also add 1/2 t. bacon fat
Mix all together to form a dough. Roll out on floured surface to 1/8" thick and cut with small cutters. These can also be rolled into little balls and flattened (crosshatch) with a fork. Brush with an egg wash (an egg beaten with a little water added). Bake at 350 degrees for about 15 to 20 minutes, until lightly browned.
I made them thin and small, so Dusty can bite them. You may want to make larger, thicker ones, if you have a large pet. I gave some to my two daughters and my granddaughter for their dogs and their dogs all like them, too. Give them a try, it's a fun thing to do!
Have you signed up for my giveaway yet? If not, you can go HERE and do that!
'Til next time, Love ya, Jean

Hi Jean,
Thanks so much for stopping by! Are you aware that your email is not available? Says "no reply..." I wanted to respond to yours but couldn't.

I used to have a recipe similar to this and lost it. I'm so glad you shared this one!! I will definitely use it.

Hope your week is going great!

I will run this recipe by the vet. He has email so I will mail it to him. Ragsy cant have treats because of his special food he is on because of his bladder probs but these sound so healthy I will find out. If he can eat them Ragsy will kiss your face all over when he sees you next, lol....

My sweet friend, I can't sign up for anything since I'm trying my BEST to get rid of things in this house! LOL I'm determined to de-stash no matter what. ;-)
