Mini Watercolor Paintings...

I had a request from a fellow blogger to show
my miniature watercolor paintings
that I bought recently.
These two are created by the very talented artist ~~ 
Joyce McJilton Dwyer.
Joyce is an accomplished artist and does full sized paintings in watercolor and oils, as well as the miniature paintings.  She has participated in many art shows in the area.
She is a member of the Small Impressions Miniature Club
that I also belong to.

She gets some amazing detail in such a small painting.
I had a hard time getting a good picture of it.




These are 1 9/16" x 2 1/16"...

I love these little paintings
and I will be making an art studio in the future.
These will go in there.

This little guy is "bird watching"!!!

I belong to a miniatures club and this was one of our projects that we worked on.  It was fun and each one turned out differently.  I love making miniatures...

Potholders...

I was strolling through Wal-Mart the other day

and look what I found!

I was so happy...

I just grabbed them and ran to the register!

I was so excited to find this loom
and the loops to go with it!
I had these when I was a little kid!

I can't wait to make some POTHOLDERS!!!

Yay!!!!

They are the best.  I have only one and use it faithfully!
Best darn potholders in the world. 

I think I'll make them for everyone I know!
