mini rose pictures...

I have flowers on my brain...  Can't help it!  I love them so...

perfect for a dollhouse...

Actually,  I painted 24 of them...
These are for a mini swap group that I belong to,
and will be mailed out to the recipients tomorrow...

The roses are just starting to bloom...

A Water lily in my pond...
It jumped out of the basin that they're in
 and is very happy on the bottom of the pond...

I am so happy to have my garden,
  I get new surprises every day.

Happy Plants...

The Rhododendron flowers are so prolific this year...
Must have been the hard winter they endured...
They are so happy for warmer temperatures,
they are blooming their heads off...

My daughter has lots of these in her yard....
She dug some up and gave them to me two years ago...
They were in a little six pack for a year...
They spent their second year in a flower pot...
I planted them under a tree in my front yard last fall...
They were so happy that they gave me this beautiful flower...

Baby Quilts...

I sewed some more baby quilts this week.

For those who don't know,  these are kits that I put together.

They are donated by Wayside Sewing store to

Brigham & Women's Hospital in Boston.

They are given to the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit 

for premature babies.

Each baby gets one to take home.

This is a worthwhile project and

I really enjoy making them.

The colors are off a little,  but you get the idea!
