Flower Show...

My daughters and I attended the Flower Show on Friday...

Such magnificent sights to behold!

One little corner arrangement...

This is a covered patio...
the roof is planted with succulents...
so pretty!

Small  stream flowing into a pond...

Another pond with a patio nearby...

A Begonia...I love the leaf configuration...

This rock slab was huge...
and had water flowing out of the top of it!

A pergola of sorts...
Made with tree trunks and
covered with bamboo sticks...

some large birds...

This rose bush is pretty...

And the flowers are beautiful!

Cute little sitting area...

This is a cute little playhouse...
I want one!

Some ceramic mushrooms...

Another garden building...
This one is a chicken coop...
pretty fancy,  huh?
There were lots of beautiful birds and parrots...

This is a miniature plant made with cornstarch and glue.  It is 1 5/8" tall,  perfect for my dollhouse!  I just couldn't resist!

These are just a few of the displays at the show!
There was so much to see...  We were there from 10 am 'til 3 pm and we could have stayed for many more hours.  But we took a bus there and had to leave...
I will cherish my memories of this show and I am looking forward to the upcoming gardening season.  We are in a cold spell right now with snow expected tomorrow.  It won't last long...we are in New England and the saying is... "if you don't like the weather,  just wait a minute and it will change",  ~~hopefully for the better!

That was my excitement for the next few weeks until I can get out in my garden,  so now I'm off to my favorite garden center to see what is available!

I hope everyone had a happy St. Patrick's Day and that the corned beef and cabbage was good!  We had ours on Saturday night with my family and a good time was had by all!

'Til next time  Love ya,  Jean

I love flower shows, and garden walks too. Lots of money and labor go in to making those big shows. I loved the little sitting area especially.
