It's 24" x 24"! It's for the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Brigham & Women's Hospital in Boston. When I went for the heirloom sewing course, the women there told me about this project. They made 200 little quilts for the preemie babies last year. They actually use about 50 a day! So the need is great. I liked making this little quilt and I still need to find out how to finish it. They are having an open sew on Sunday to work on more of these. I'll be there.
I think this is a worthwhile project and I can't wait to make a lot more of them!
'Til next time, Love ya, Jean

How precious. Our Jonathan was in a NICU after his birth and surgery. We still have the teddy bear his surgeon gave him. It is a very treasured reminder of what he survived.
I am sure these families will greatly appreciate your gift of love.

Hi Jean. I've always loved quilts but don't like to sew:) You do lovely work.
Wanted to comment on the pavers in the previous post. Really like the mixed look. I've been searching for something to use that won't cost me a fortune or be too difficult to lay. Thanks for the great idea.

Darling little quilt Jean! I made my first baby quilt last year, they are really fun to make, the bigger quilts are much more work! Luckily I know quite a few gals with babies on the way so I can go back to baby quilts! What a great cause too!
