I'm trying to make the best of winter..... by decorating for it!
See the shelf in my dining room.....
A very large snowflake.....
Lots of snowflakes "falling" from the sky.....
More snowflakes.....
My living room mantle..... (notice: little bobble head Dusty, so cute!)
Actually, I don't mind winter so much now. I am retired and I don't have to go out if I don't want to. Lol
How do you deal with winter?
Have you entered my giveaway yet? You can do that by going HERE.

Love Snowmen, Jean! And yours are so cute. Those snowflakes hanging are a great, creative idea also!
We're supposed to get lots of snow here in CT tomorrow night and Wed. You, too, probably. So I hope you enjoy it!
Best,
Gloria
Jean, the little snow people are adorable! I'm with you ~ not having to get out and drive in this weather is such a blessing. I am grateful each day for retirement.
Have a wonderful week!

What a sweet winter collection! I love the snowman in the first photo on the far right, so unusual. You snow people make me smile too!
Hola Jean

Jean, This is the first year I did not put out my snowmen and looked what happened. It looks like we are keeping our power...But, we are going to be "snowed and iced" until this weekend. The roads are very dangerous, with some of the interstates closed. It is beautiful though!!!
Have a great day and enjoy your snowflakes!
Yvette
I just love your snowman collection and you really made a great winter scene right inside your home. How cool is that!!! Where did you get the Dusty bobble head??? Too Cute!!! Stay warm my friend. I think you are getting more snow than us. We have been so lucky so far, I dont want to brag though, as soon as I do we'll be dumped on, lol...
Hi Jean, your decor makes winter fun! I love the snowflakes.
Stay warm and cozy.
Hugs, Barb
haaahhaa...I love the little snow people. So cute.
So far, we've not had snow out here in West Texas. Plenty cold, tho.
I, too, am retired, so I don't have to go out if I don't want to. I just stay close to the fireplace and keep my kettle on for hot tea. :)
Your little snow people look so snug and happy. They would be real happy in our neck of the woods today. We may have a high of 14 to go with the 6 inches of snow on the ground. I leave my snow people up until Feb as well.
