I made some potholders yesterday. We needed some new ones. I'm trying to put my time to good use, being that we are snowed in and I can't garden, or do much of anything outdoors. haha
I figure that if I keep real busy, the time will fly by real fast, and it'll be Spring before we know it!
'Til next time, Love ya, Jean |

Hello Jean, pretty pot holders and a great way to use up scraps and to stay busy while waiting for Spring. I have felt a bit guilty seeing all the snow photos this year. We have had one of our mildest winters ever . . . it'll be our turn next year for snow:)
This is my first visit you your blog and I have been admiring your summer flowers. Your yard is magnificent . . . I can only dream of having flowers half that pretty. I haven't seen Jack in the Pulpit since I was a kid back in Indiana. My husband and I live in the desert area of Washington state, our winters are milder than most of the country, but our summers are hot and dry. We are an agriculture area with farming that is mostly hay, wheat, potatoes and orchards, but without the help of Grand Coulee Dam and the amazing irrigation system throughout our state, we would not be able to grow anything.
Well, enough about me. I am so impressed with your flowers and hope that by following your blog that some of your green thumb will rub off my way. I love blogging, making new blogging friends, quilting, sewing, gardening, cooking and just plain enjoying life. I am your newest follower and I would love to invite you to visit my blog and maybe even follow me back.
Here's wishing you an early Spring and warm weather to melt away all that snow.
Connie :)
Those are so cute. I have to make me some now.
